Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Processing
The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 0-1 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

Please note:
1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
2. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 100% of your payment to you.
3. Incorrect address details and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. You will get a message on your phone number from the courier service. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
It can take a few days after the order placement.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is only available within the United Arab Emirates.

The item has never been received
Customers can contact us by email and live chat if they have never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the status of the product.
Undelivered packages
Undelivered packages incur a fee for shipping and handling. Please note the storage period of seven days. Fees are charged thereafter. Unpaid charges are forwarded to a debt collection service.
Delivery delays
In the event of delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Extensive delays entitle you to cancel your purchase.
Changes to the delivery address
If you need to change the shipping address after the order has been shipped, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Please note that address changes may not always be possible, depending on the stage of delivery.
Incorrect address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Note for taxes
Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax).
